It’s how you plan on solving the design problem in front of you.
It’s the underlying logic, thinking, and reasoning for how you’ll design a website.
Your concept will lead to your choices in color and type.
It’ll choose your aesthetic and determine your grid.
Every design decision you make will fall back on your concept for direction.
Your design concept becomes the framework for all your design decisions.

b. HOW ?
Create a concept :
Design Brief ;Once the basic needs are identified, you then prepare what’s called a design brief.
A design brief is a clear statement of objectives for the project, listed in order of priority.
The brief indicates how you plan to meet those objectives and includes a timeframe in which each step will be accomplished.
The brief explains in detail what the design steps are as well as explain the approval and edit cycles which are part of the overall process
Direction ;Even if you’re clear about what you’re designing and why,
your plan also will be defined by your budget.
Sketching Out the Idea ;While you may not yet have the complete concept totally finalized in your mind,
it’s time to start transferring snippets and ideas from
your brain to the page (and, yes, we do mean a piece of paper, not a page on the computer screen).
From your first drawings, approaches will emerge that will lead you to your final design.
That’s the essence of concept development—taking your thoughts and ideas and putting them down on paper.
Example : Many elements of fashion run in cycles, some being short, and some lasting longer.
Typical to these cycles are:
-Lengths , Fabrics, Silhouettes, Colours, Historical Inuences

Germain (194 Boulevard) in Paris on March 1, 2013. For Karl Lagerfeld,
the seventh district is the “fashion center of the world”; he says he
cannot find another place more suitable than this area for opening his
first store in Europe.
The shop window shows that Karl has mixed the modern, classic
and luxury elements as his source of inspiration. Black and white
colors, mirrors and the humorous Karl Lagerfeld cartoon dolls in the
shop attract all types of fashion lovers
Menswear, womenswear and accessories are the main products provided in
the store. Plus the well-known Lagerfeld style accessories such as
sunglasses, detachable collars or watches are displayed on the prominent
desks. Moreover, the photo albums and books of the designer allow you
to find novelty and surprising fashion ideas.
in the dressing rooms there are some digital touch screens, the customer
will have the opportunity to capture their photos in Karl’s style, and
share their different looks on Facebook, Twitter and through email .
